Payment Policy


Dr. Lee bills most major insurance plans. Please refer to the "Health Plans" tabs to view which participating insurance plans are accepted.


If your plan is not listed, Dr. Lee's office will not be able to file a claim on your behalf. However, we will provide you with a form that can be submitted to your insurance company that will send any reimbursement directly to you.


Please be aware that you may be responsible for a copayment at the time of service.

Please Note:

If you have PPO insurance plan, you do not need any referral paperwork from your primary care physician. 


Dr. Do-Eun Lee, MD, INC. is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. 

Please call us at (925)298-5220 for our Lafayette office or (707)927-5753 for Napa by 2:00p.m on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call the Lafayette office by 2:00pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100.00 for your missed appointment.
